PowerFit Booty Camp is better than ever!
This camp includes strength training, cardiovascular training (sprinting, jogging, etc), core training, modified yoga moves, modified sports moves, plyometric activities (jumping, hopping, bounding), functional fitness (balance and coordination), partner training and additional activities that you would not choose to do on your own! Check out our photos.
Equipment?
You will need a water bottle, full size towel or yoga mat and training gloves to protect yourself from stickers, rocks, and such. Iif you want to pursue training at home when the class is over, I will give you the list of equipment that we will be using in the class.
Paperwork?
To start, fill out the health profile. Bring the health profile to your first class. It is important I have this information before you begin training. The information on the profile documents your aches, pains, surgeries, medications, etc. It also gives me an contact number if you have an emergency! But, emergencies are not allowed at this camp!!!
Weather?
The show must go on!!!!! IF it is cold, raining, misting, hotter than he&%, humid or windy, come on down to your assigned location. HOWEVER, if a tornado is coming, Katrina returns, lightning streaks across the sky or we are snowed in, stay home!!!! We will add another day to the schedule if we are not able to make class due to the weather.
Attendance?
Hmmm, that is up to you! This is a prepaid class and the dates are set. If you choose to go to happy hour, enjoy a massage, have a hot date, schedule a work meeting or any other creative reason for not attending, that is totally cool! I will be there with the rest of your camp mates working on our fitness objectives: a bootylicious body!!!!
So, there you have it! If I have missed information, please email me or call me at 512-970-3392. I look forward to meeting some of you, reconnecting with many of you, and simply sharing my enthusiasm and love for health and fitness with you. You must know, once you begin this adventure, you become a part of my happy, healthy and insane family!
Life is short, play hard! Live, love, laugh and train like you mean it!
